Our Commitment

Compliance Ready Pty Ltd (ABN 86 674 614 945) is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

While we are not currently required to report under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth)due to our consolidated revenue falling below the AU$100 million threshold, we are voluntarily publishing this statement to demonstrate our commitment to ethical business practices and human rights.

1. Our Business Structure and Operations

Compliance Ready is an Australian-based emergency planning consultancy specializing in:

  • AS3745 & AS4083 Emergency Procedures development and compliance
  • Evacuation diagram design, production, and installation
  • Fire warden and emergency response training
  • Emergency Planning Committee (EPC) facilitation and consultancy

We operate primarily within Australia, serving facilities across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.

2. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include:

  • Printing and Manufacturing: Australian-based suppliers for evacuation diagrams, signage, and mounting materials (Alupanel, Perspex, vinyl)
  • Software and Technology: Cloud-based software providers for design, project management, and client communication
  • Professional Services: Contracted trainers, auditors, and compliance specialists
  • Office Supplies: Standard commercial office equipment and stationery

The majority of our suppliers operate within Australia, which reduces the risk of modern slavery due to stronger regulatory oversight and labor protections.

3. Modern Slavery Risks

We have assessed our operations and supply chains for modern slavery risks and identified the following areas of potential concern:

Low Risk Areas

  • Direct employees (all employed under Australian Fair Work legislation)
  • Australian-based suppliers with established reputations
  • Professional services contractors (regulated industries with mandatory national qualifications)
  • Nationally accredited training and consultancy staff (PUAFER, TAE40116, Certificate III qualifications)

Areas Requiring Vigilance

  • Imported materials: Raw materials for signage and mounting media sourced from overseas manufacturers
  • Third-party labor: Subcontracted installation services or cleaning services at supplier facilities

4. Actions to Assess and Address Modern Slavery Risks

To mitigate modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chains, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Supplier Due Diligence: We prioritize Australian suppliers with transparent labor practices and established compliance frameworks
  • Contractual Protections: Our supplier agreements include clauses requiring compliance with all applicable labor laws and ethical sourcing standards
  • Employee Awareness & Qualifications: Our professional staff hold nationally recognized qualifications (including PUAFER 001-011, TAE40116/TAE40122, and Certificate III in Fire Protection), ensuring ethical standards and professional accountability. Staff are trained to recognize and report potential modern slavery indicators
  • Whistleblower Protection: We maintain confidential reporting channels for concerns about unethical practices
  • Ongoing Review: We regularly review our supply chain and procurement practices to identify and address emerging risks

5. Assessing Effectiveness

We assess the effectiveness of our actions through:

  • Annual review of supplier compliance and ethical practices
  • Monitoring of any reports or concerns raised through our reporting channels
  • Feedback from employees and contractors on supply chain transparency
  • Continuous improvement of procurement policies and due diligence processes

6. Consultation and Approval
