The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) now audits for Disaster Ready "Evolvability".

STATUTORY BREACH
Failure to document individualised support during drills or a lack of plan alignment with the building's fire engineering report is a Defect. Generic folders are no longer legally defensible. Additionally, as of 1 July 2026, failure to address psychological trauma response in emergency procedures under the new WHS Codes is a Priority 1 Defect.
